Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Donation Program (DSP) and the Investment Program (CIIP)?
Donation Program (DSP): Involves making a donation to the Vanuatu government in exchange for citizenship and a passport.
Investment Program (CIIP): Requires a partial government fee and a direct investment into Vanuatu's primary sectors, such as the Vanuatu Coffee Impact Fund.
The CIIP requires a larger capital outlay, but includes a redeemable investment of USD 50,000, making it the potentially cheaper option over time. For families of 3 or more family members, the CIIP is the most cost-effective option in all cases (the capital outlay is smaller, and part of it is an investment).
When will my investment be returned?
The investment is held for a minimum of four years before it can be returned.
Can I pay using cryptocurrency?
Yes, we accept payments in most major cryptocurrencies for both CIIP and DSP citizenship applications.
Do I need to renounce my current citizenship?
Vanuatu allows dual citizenship. Most clients choose to retain their existing nationality. Please consult with our team to learn more.
Do I need to visit Vanuatu to obtain citizenship?
No, the entire process can be completed remotely. There's no need to visit or reside in Vanuatu.

- Non-disclosure of criminal convictions or ongoing legal proceedings for serious offenses
If you have any past convictions or concerns, please contact us for a confidential consultation to review your situation.
Are there any costs in addition to the investment?
Yes, there is an additional fee of USD 5,500 per application. This is the Government due diligence fee which is non-refundable and payable upon submission of your application.
